All menus must:

  • use local produce
  • be seasonal
  • be healthy
  • include a menu card designed by each team/person
  • provide background information for choice of menu
  • show an understanding of ingredients, quantities and presentation
  • be easy to prepare
  • be inspirational

Devise a 2 course menu - either starter and main or main and dessert.    You can enter as many version as you wish.
