All menus must:
- use local produce
- be seasonal
- be healthy
- include a menu card designed by each
team/person
- provide background information for choice of
menu
- show an understanding of ingredients, quantities and
presentation
- be easy to prepare
- be inspirational

Schools Competition
Devise a 2 course
menu - either starter and main or main and
dessert. You can enter as many version as
you wish.

The Winners
The winning school will receive the Chantry Centre Food Fayre
Cup and £50.
The winning pupil will receive £25
Prizes will also be available for runners up.
The winners will be announced at the Food Fayre on Sunday 21
September when Andy MacKenzie (Hampshire Life Executive Chef of the
Year and Chef at Lainston House) will cook the winning menu
